  • Develop a national strategic policy for school feeding, covering funding, institutional capacity, programme design, coordination, community involvement, and links with local food production.
  • Work with donors to expand the Healthy Kitchens for Local Production School Feeding programme, promoting locally sourced, diverse and nutritious meals and strengthening links with local agribusinesses.
  • Strengthen national ownership and local sourcing by sharing best practices, promoting knowledge exchange through trilateral cooperation, and scaling successful pilot projects with national stakeholders.
  • Establish inclusive monitoring and evaluation systems and integrate regular awareness campaigns on nutrition, hygiene, and public etiquette into school activities.
